Mariah Carey Drunk? [VIDEO]

Lots of people talking about Mariah Carey's weird, loopy acceptance speech Tuesday night at the Palm Springs International Film Festival awards gala. People are saying Mariah Carey was drunk. Was Mariah Carey drunk? Yeah, pretty much.

Mariah Carey was named Breakthrough Actress for her performance in "Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire."

Before she began, she looked up to the ceiling and said, "Please forgive me, because I'm a little bit, um ..."

Someone in the audience shouted an obscenity and Carey said, "Yeah!"

Later, Sean Penn, on stage to present another award, said: "Think anything's going to make YouTube tonight?"

Yeah!
